Hochtief Development is leaving the Czech market. According to CTK, the company’s German headquarters has let its Czech staff go and begun the sale of two office projects the company was working on. The company’s current projects were Five! Smíchov Offices along with Office Islands, a project with designed to offer 70,000 sqm of office space that was located in Letňany.
The company has also decided to close its development arms in Austria, Switzerland and Turkey in order to concentrate activities in Germany and in Poland. The company had been active in the Czech Republic since 1997.
